1. Referral Incentive

Earn Referral Incentive when your personally referred customers purchase products.

2. Group Volume Bonus

Qualified leaders participate in the Company Group Volume Bonus Pool.

Bonus Pool Distribution

NUXEMA allocates 7% of Company PV to the Group Volume Bonus Pool.

Bonus Point Value = Bonus Pool Γ· Total Qualified Bonus Points

Member Bonus = Member Bonus Points Γ— Bonus Point Value

3. 30 Day Grace Period

When a member first qualifies for a leadership rank, a grace period is provided before maintenance requirements become mandatory.

During Grace Period:
  • Bonus Points are awarded automatically.
  • Maintenance requirements are waived.
  • Active Member status is still required.

4. Rank Maintenance Requirements

After the grace period ends, members must maintain the required Direct PV and Group PV to continue receiving Group Volume Bonus.

5. Active Member Policy

Active Status is required to participate in the NUXEMA Compensation Plan.

Active Eligible for all commissions and bonuses
Inactive Not eligible for Referral Incentive or Group Volume Bonus
Members must maintain Active Status to continue earning through the compensation plan.

6. Commission Status

Every commission generated in the system passes through two stages before becoming available to the member.

Commission has been generated but has not yet been approved for payout.

Commission has been approved and credited to the member wallet.

9. Terms & Conditions

  1. All commissions are calculated based on approved Business Volume (BV).
  2. Cancelled, refunded, rejected, or invalid orders are excluded from commission calculations.
  3. Only active members are eligible for Referral Incentive and Group Volume Bonus.
  4. The company reserves the right to review, verify, and audit any transaction.
  5. Fraudulent activity may result in commission cancellation and account suspension.
  6. Bonus calculations are subject to company verification.
  7. All payouts are processed according to company payout schedules.
  8. Taxes, statutory deductions, and legal obligations are the responsibility of the member.
  9. The company reserves the right to modify the compensation plan when necessary.
  10. Participation in the compensation plan implies acceptance of all company policies.
  11. The company’s decision regarding commission calculations and bonus distributions shall be final.
